Use of Our Website

Services and Project Work

Torex Labs provides software development, AI systems, mobile apps, web platforms, cloud infrastructure, product strategy, and digital transformation services. Project scope, pricing, timelines, ownership, support, and deliverables are defined in written agreements or approved proposals.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project requirements, content, credentials, and feedback on time.
  • Ensure materials supplied to Torex Labs do not infringe third-party rights.
  • Maintain secure access to accounts, systems, and credentials shared with your team.
  • Review deliverables and report issues within agreed review periods.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Torex Labs retains ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable components, frameworks, know-how, and internal product assets. Client-specific deliverables may transfer according to the applicable contract after payment obligations are satisfied.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Torex Labs products or services for fraud, malware distribution, illegal surveillance, unauthorized access, spam, abuse, intellectual property infringement, or activities that violate applicable laws or platform rules.

Payments

Fees, milestones, deposits, recurring subscriptions, and payment deadlines are defined in the relevant invoice, contract, or proposal. Late or failed payment may pause delivery, support, hosting, or access to project resources.

Security and Availability

We design systems with security and reliability in mind, but no website, network, or software product can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure or uninterrupted. We encourage responsible vulnerability reporting and coordinated remediation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Torex Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of our website, products, or services, except where a signed agreement states otherwise.
